Van Anna Kober has been working with children with Autism and Developmental Disabilities for over 20 years. While at UCLA, she worked under Dr. Ivar Lovaas and Dr. B.J. Freeman. She has her M.A. in Early Childhood Special Education and has done post-graduate work with Dr. Adriana Schuler and Dr. Bryna Siegel. In 2002, she helped create the Children's Hospital Oakland Autism Intervention Program (CHAI). She has designed programs for families of children with ASD throughout the world in places as diverse as California, Hawaii, Indiana, Malaysia, and India. She has worked with a number of California school districts as well as with families privately and through insurance.

Ms. Kober is a member of the California Association for Behavior Analysis, Hawai’i Association for Behavior Analysis, and the Association for Professional Behavior Analyst, and is a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the State of Hawaii. She is also RDI ® Trained and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2009.
